The El Paso Museum of Art is a small art museum located downtown in El Paso, Texas. It opened in 1959 and is the only accredited art museum in a 250-mile radius. The museum is open seven days a week and receives approximately 100,000 visitors each year. The new building opened in 1998. In 1997, the organization achieved full accreditation. Currently, the museum serves approximately 50,000 visitors a year.

The museum is open to the public and has more than 5,000 pieces of art on display. Many of these pieces are by regional and contemporary artists.
