The Sacramento Zoo is an outdoor zoo based in William Land Park in Sacramento. It opened with forty-four animals in June of 1927. Cedar Hill State Park provides an outdoor playground and beautiful landscape. The park, which is named after a local cattle trader, is near Joe Pool Lake in south Dallas. The park is not very far from the city of Frisco. It offers miles of riding on wooded trails, as well as scenic views of the surrounding area.
